As it is six months into 2008 we thought it a good idea to do a round up of activities to bring everyone up to date with what factsinternational.com has been doing.
It has been a busy year so far. In February Ursula and Finlay flew to Nigeria (Enugu) and Cameroon (Kribi) to run two back to back workshops on Resource Mobilisation and Communication Skills for the Africa Programme for Onchocerciasis Control (APOC) partners in those countries. Liberia sent five delegates to attend the Cameroon workshop.
This workshop was repeated in April in Entebbe, Uganda for the Ugandian and Tanzanian partners involved in this WHO funded programme.
Finlay as usual has been travelling to run various training courses. He has been to Delhi, Geneva, Hanoi and more locally to Glasgow Scotland.
