Meet the team

The factsinternational.com team has unrivalled experience in the public, not-for-profit and development sectors. All team members are committed to delivering best value, practical, cutting- edge skills and solutions for our customers.

Finlay Craig MIPR MInstF BA is Managing Director of factsinternational.com with expertise in fundraising, communications, training, strategic planning and international development.

He has worked with and for not-for-profit organisations for over thirty years in senior management positions or as a consultant. Finlay lived in Asia for eleven years when employed by HelpAge International and Oxfam. His customers include, WHO, IPPF-EN, Plan International, Scottish Local Authorities, National Kidney Research Fund and the Scottish Wildlife Trust.

Abhijit Bhattacharajee MSc, Senior Consultant, has unrivalled development experience and is a specialist in social development, poverty alleviation, humanitarian assistance, organisational development and change in not-for-profit organisations.

Abhijit is a former Oxfam Deputy Area Director for Asia. He has undertaken consultancy and training assignments in numerous countries in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Eastern and Central Europe.

Anne Morrison MBA, Associate, is a qualified personal and organisational development coach. She has over 20 years experience in the public sector as a manager, trainer and facilitator.

Anne also consults and trains on team building, project management and resource mobilisation. She is a Registered Assessor for the Certificate in Fundraising Management and a Peer Supporter for the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisation's 'Big Picture'.

Sandra Smith, has extensive voluntary sector experience in youth and community work and social housing. For nine years she managed a community development training unit, which specialised in working with tenants and residents organisations, providing local information services, community care and community action. In recent years she has held senior management positions in housing associations and co-operatives as a trouble-shooter, consultant and trainer.

Sandra’s experience includes developing inter-agency partnership projects, managing not-for-profit organisations, and carrying out organisational reviews. As well as operating at a strategic level, she is skilled in working with groups.

Ursula Craig DipOT, Director, is a specialist on issues relating to disability, ageing, social integration, accessibility and community care. She has worked in team leadership roles with local authorities and not-for-profit organisations for over 25 years.

A former Asia Regional Training Advisor, she also consults on training needs analysis, training design and facilitation.
